The staff were helpful and accommodating, they allowed us to store our luggage after checkout. I also noticed convenient transport options. The metro was very close. The building felt secure due to controlled access. Fans were available in the room, they provided sufficient air circulation.
Sound insulation was minimal, I could hear noise from other guests.

The hotel's location offered easy access to transportation. The tram stop was right next to the building. I found the proximity to the metro very convenient. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They allowed me to leave my suitcase before check-in. They also offered advice on places to visit.
I booked a regular room, but the room assigned was in the basement. This room felt small. It had a small window. The room was not advertised as a basement room. I noticed some dust and a slight odor.

mixed feelings about my stay
bed bugs dirty carpets
i found bed bugs , and that is unacceptable. my wife got bitten quite a few times. we changed rooms for the last night, but she still got bitten more. the carpets seemed like they had not been cleaned, and parts of the first room were covered in dust. it was not a good experience and not worth the money i paid.

the location had convenient access to trams and the metro.
i found the room dirty upon arrival. there were dirty socks and used earbuds on the floor. there was also a dirty stain on the wall. the bed was not comfortable at all.

i noticed some issues . the size of the room was smaller than expected. the lack of a fridge was inconvenient for storing drinks or snacks. i also found the staff to be unhelpful when i asked for assistance with a minor issue

The hotel is close to metro and tram stops, providing easy access to the city center. A supermarket is located a short walk away, I found this practical. I was able to store my luggage after checking out, this was super helpful. The staff were friendly, I really appreciated their assistance (especially when asking for directions).
The elevator was occasionally out of service. I had to use the stairs sometimes.
